As the winter seasons end is near here in the Midwest, our western resorts still have a lot of snow to enjoy! 

What positions are available?

Cook, Cashier, Busser, Dishwasher, Instructors, Ski/Ride School Indoor/Yard support, Lift Operator, Product Sales, Parking Attendant, Experienced Groomer, Rental Tech, CDL Driver, and Housekeeping

  • Opportunities vary for each resort
  • Preference is given to employees willing to work for 2 weeks or more

How will I get there?

You are responsible for your own transportation!!

  • If you want to fly, you get a 50% discount with CME to get you from the Denver Airport to your resort.
  • Check HR for a carpool list
  • Let us know if you plan to drive your car to ensure there is a parking space for you

Where will I Live?

There are employee housing opportunities at all resorts EXCEPT Park City and Northstar.

  • Employee housing are in double and triple occupancy apartments. They are furnished, but you will need to bring linens, dishes, etc. No internet, however some of the common areas offer internet access.
  • Vail Resorts will pay your initial $250 damage deposit (you are responsible for any damages)
  • Upon arrival you will pay, $50 processing fee and the first months license fee (license fee is basically rent)

Please arrive between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday unless prior arrangements have been made

  • Rates are around $12-$20 per night (varies based on location)

Grooming and Safety

  • Dress code and grooming standards are very strict.
    • When speaking to the resort recruiter, make sure that you know what’s required of your position ahead of time.
  • Safety is a MUST. Closed terrain, speeding are not permissible. 
    • If you are caught performing unsafe acts, you can be terminated – on the spot!
  • Employee Housing rules and regulations must be followed to maintain employment status
