In just a few short weeks, the chairs will be turning, the snow guns will be firing and we will be responsible for creating an environment for our guests to make unforgettable memories. Epic Service gives us the opportunity to recognize employees who go above and beyond for our guests and embody our service mantra - Own it. Personalize It. Elevate It. The word "epic" seems to be getting thrown around a lot these days, but how do you actually define that little "extra" that makes an ordinary instance an extraordinary experience? We went straight to the people who know best and asked them to define "EPIC". Check out how they answered below!

Mary Falkanger | Ski School Administrative Assistant

"When I pull into the parking lot to start my workday at Wilmot, and I see Guests with smiles on their faces, obviously excited about the fun they are about to experience, it is truly a great way for me to start the day!  They are all making memories, and I feel proud to be a part of the Wilmot team that makes that possible.  I must also mention that I work with the most Enthusiastic, Passionate, Inspirational and Cool coworkers in the world!!"

Michael Schuster | Terrain Park Manager

"Having the freedom to be creative and optimistic when building terrain parks for our everyday guest. Also having the opportunity to provide our guest with not only innovated terrain parks, but also build the true park progression footprint for our Western Resorts."

Donna Ruiz | Restaurant Manager

"My definition of Epic is going somewhere and experiencing something that you would have never imagined. It's not something that you can describe until you experience it, because it just WOW's you afterwards."
